When you buy any experience on Bluetick.AI, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund policy.

Our refund policy is as follows:

For Micro Experiences : 100% refund processed if requested within 07 days of purchase and subject to that Micro Experience was not completed beyond 10%.Refund requests beyond 7 working days is solely at the discretion of management.

For Learning Modules and any other Program: 100% refund processed within 10 days of purchase. Refund requests beyond 10 working days is solely at the discretion of management.

For Job Guarantee Programs :
100% refund processed within 10 days of purchased.
- 100% refund processed if not placement (with CTC guaranteed) within 4 months of the learner completing all assigned Experiences, Modules, Interview Prep sessions and achieved eligibility with a minimum defined Skill Age / Points

For duplicate payments : Refund of the duplicate payment made by the learner will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days post intimation by the customer. Refund requests can be initiated by writing to or reaching out to our support team through our chat section on the website.BlueickAI reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved by management.
